Agents and merchants

Agents

A Kasapay agent performs cash deposits and withdrawals for customers and earns a commission on each operation. The agent manages a float (their reserve) per point of sale ("branch") and can have several staff. To become an agent, apply from the Agents page; the sales team contacts you for activation.

Merchants

A merchant accepts Kasapay payments in store or online: shop QR code, payment links and payment requests. Takings land on the merchant account, with a sales dashboard per day and month and the ability to refund a customer. Apply from the Merchants page.
