Kasapay support is on WhatsApp at the official number shown in the app (Profile → Help). Write from the phone number registered on your account: the assistant can then look at your account and answer precisely. An automated assistant replies immediately; a human agent takes over whenever needed.

What support can do

• Explain how an operation works and the state of a transaction (with the reference).
• Send you a receipt or statement in the conversation, after verification in your app.
• Guide you through identity verification, PIN, password or app issues.
• Forward a complaint or a cancellation request to the right team.

What support never asks

Your password, your PIN, a login OTP code or your card numbers. The only code you may type in the conversation is the support verification code sent to your app, and only when you yourself asked for a document.
