Verify your identity (KYC) and limit levels
Why identity verification matters, which documents to provide and how limits grow with your level.

Why verify
Identity verification (KYC) is required to protect your money and comply with regulation. It sets your level and therefore your transfer and withdrawal limits. Some operations stay blocked until verification is complete.
How to do it
- In the app: Profile → Verification.
- Pick the document type (voter card, passport or another accepted ID) and photograph it, front and back.
- Take the requested selfie in a well-lit place, without sunglasses or a cap.
- Submit: review usually takes a few business hours. You get a notification on approval or rejection.
Common rejections
- Blurry photo, glare or a cropped document.
- Name on the document different from the profile name.
- Expired document.
Fix and resubmit — there is no penalty.
Levels and limits
Each level unlocks caps per operation, per day and per month. Exact amounts are set by Kasapay and shown in the app before you confirm an operation; they may change. If a transfer is refused for exceeding a limit, move to the next level or wait for the next period.
