Send to a Kasapay user

1. Tap Send.
2. Choose the recipient: a contact, a phone number, or scan their QR code.
3. Enter the amount and currency. If the recipient receives in another currency, the exchange rate and received amount are shown before you confirm.
4. Check the summary (fees included) and confirm with your PIN.

The recipient is credited immediately and notified. Your receipt is available in the transaction detail.

Cancel a transfer

A Kasapay → Kasapay transfer can be reverted by the sender for about 15 minutes from the transaction detail, as long as the recipient has not spent the funds. After that, only the recipient can send the money back.

Transfer "under review"

High-value transfers may be held for a compliance check before release. This is normal; the money is not lost and the transfer is usually processed within the business day. You are notified when it is released.
