Download a receipt or statement from the app, or receive it directly in your support conversation.

Transaction receipt

Open the transaction in History, then tap Receipt to view or share it as a PDF. Every receipt carries the transaction's unique reference.

Account statement

In Account → Statement, choose the account (USD or CDF) and the period, then download the statement as PDF or CSV. It shows the opening balance, every movement with its fees, and the closing balance. Generated statements stay available in Profile → Documents.

Get a statement through WhatsApp support

You can ask for your statement or a receipt directly in your conversation with Kasapay support, from the phone number registered on your account:

  1. Say what you want: "my USD statement for last month" or "the receipt for transaction ABC123".
  2. For your security, a verification code is sent to your Kasapay app (or by SMS). Type it in the conversation.
  3. The PDF is sent to you in the conversation.

    4. The code is valid for a few minutes and only for that request: nobody can obtain your documents from another number.
