Deposit money

Three ways to deposit

• Mobile money: in the app, Deposit → Mobile money, choose the operator, amount and currency, then confirm the operator's payment request on your phone.
• Bank card (Visa / Mastercard): Deposit → Card, enter the card; the money is credited as soon as the bank confirms.
• Cash at an agent: visit a Kasapay agent, give your number and the amount; the agent credits your account and you receive a notification.

Pending deposit

A mobile-money deposit stays pending until the operator confirms the payment. Make sure you validated the request on your phone (operator code). If the operator balance was debited but Kasapay has not credited it after one hour, send the operator reference to support.

Limits and fees

Each deposit source has its own caps (per operation, per day, per month) and possible fees, shown before confirmation. Caps also depend on your verification level.
