Fees depend on the operation (deposit, withdrawal, conversion, transfer) and the source. They are always shown in the app before confirmation, and the current schedule is published on the Pricing page. Agents earn a commission on cash deposits and withdrawals.

Limits

• Transfer and withdrawal limits depend on your verification level (per operation, per day, per month).
• Deposit limits apply per source (mobile money, card, agent).
• Exact amounts are set by Kasapay and may change; the app tells you which limit was reached when it refuses.

Operation refused for a limit

Wait for the next period (day or month), split the operation if allowed, or raise your verification level.
