Withdrawal at an agent

1. Tap Withdraw → Agent and enter the amount.
2. Show the generated QR code (or code) to the agent, or give them your number.
3. The agent confirms, you validate with your PIN, then receive the cash.

Always check the agent name shown in the app before confirming.

Withdrawal to mobile money

Depending on your country and operator, you can send your balance to a mobile-money account from Withdraw → Mobile money. Crediting can take a few minutes; the status stays processing until the operator confirms.

Limits and fees

Withdrawals follow the limits of your verification level, and an agent commission or fees may apply; they are shown before confirmation.
